How Possible Meditation of the Monkey Mind?

Some people find the term "monkey spirit" offensive, indignant, and offensive. It's a pity, because perspective is lost, ego is involved, and a natural human defense emerges. We're supposed to be the "king of primates", after all, right?

When I first heard the term 'monkey spirit' in relation to meditation, I thought of Swayambhunath Stupa, Kathmandu, Nepal.

It's sometimes called the "monkey temple," and it makes me laugh inside, because monkeys need to be observed in a human environment. Images of unsupervised monkeys flashed through my mind and I suppressed laughter during the serious conversation.

Monkeys can be a nuisance when they are allowed to roam without some guidance, and therefore the untrained mind will run from topic to topic without reaching many achievements. So please don't waste time getting offended by this term and try to look at the humorous side.

When you allow yourself to enjoy life and try not to take anything too seriously, you may find that monkeys aren't all that bad after all. Ordinarily, the human mind spends too much time defending, worrying, gaining position, influence, fear, and feeling ashamed, in order to enjoy life to the fullest.

Actually, you are not your mind. You are responsible for your actions, but a lot happens in the thought process before you act. For example, when you think, images and options are generated. As a result of these images, you feel a physical sensation somewhere around your heart.

Whether the feeling is good or bad, you turn it into action, or treat it as a fleeting thought that can be forgotten. So if you have a bad thought and it passes, should you waste your time feeling guilty? The natural defense for ethical behavior is your heart or your "gut feeling". It is the best indicator of right or wrong.

Humanity has the ability to influence the universe and create different realities, but separating the divine from the evil has been a dilemma for thousands of years. The disconnection from your inner self, nature and God has led to excessive confusion. Chapter

: Thank God for Meditation; It allows you to harness the power of your mind, to stabilize and focus on one subject at a time. If you make time for daily meditation practice, your decision-making process will be much more controlled and clear. The end result will be to look at the monkey with respect, appreciation, and a little more humor.
